Question about fuel vent/evap "Y"s (911.201.167.00)
I’ve got an obscure part question for ya'll…
911.201.167.00 <— this is the “y” connector in the fuel eval/vent system on my 70 911E… this is the big one closest to the tank, with 2 large connections and 1 small, as opposed to the other 2 which have all small connections.
I’m replacing all my old hard, cracked plastic evap bits and I was looking at this “Y” and it’s not really open inside… the small arm of the “Y” only has a pin prick opening into the main straight through section of the “Y” the other 2 Ys have full size openings inside…
If you have one of these on the shelf can you look at it, see if it’s open all the way through? You just need to look through it, and see if there is a opening for the small arm… thanks!!!
