Purchased a steve wong 28 pin from him and getting the run around from him claiming that it was shipped but he doesn't have the shipping confirmation with him & the contact on paypal confirmed that he used the payment email without permission and he already forwarded the payment to him.

He sold this chip to several people it seems.
Confirmed Scammer.
Their phone is 9492976104 though I suspect it's a g-phone as it's now disconnected.
