That pic is right outside of KECK medical center where my sister works, about 1.5 miles from Bev. Hills Car Club. Of course, its near the rail road and there's a park near by so its a mess. County Hospital is just right there on the other side of those tracks. Get out further, another 2-5miles then its crystal clean, just in another city. No bums.
