Thanks!! I actually only assisted with acquiring the car and will be helping with the entire restoration (as far as we see fit) but did not cough up my funds for this car. That being said, there is positives and negatives, the down side is I don’t get to add this car to my fleet and possibly make a nice profit later. The upside is I still have the house deposit, a happy wife, and a little less risk in my life currently (in case it needs a lot more than we thought) haha

Thank you! Definitely an interesting look. The good thing is, the car came with the original grille, which we already swapped back on (stay tuned for the second episode, it looks a lot better IMO!) but the decklid was drilled into.. oh well, we will get it done.

As I touched on above, I’m assisting with the resto for this car and it’s actually owned by a family member at this point.

The yellow 912 sold on BAT a few months ago: https://youtu.be/wt-PyfcdXDs

I still have my 77 911 wide body car + a car making its way from Cali any day now (hint, it’s another 912 but not the long hood kind lol)

That would be very ideal! So far it’s been very enjoyable working on this car. We’ve discovered a few things recently which everyone will find interesting. Let’s just say the rust worm might have rented for a short time..

That’s right, I’ll touch base with you soon. Thanks

Thanks Bernie!! I’d say about half the cars that have been in our possession have been nearby 1-2 hours. The rest have been west coast cars. Hopefully more come up near by

I'd go back and ask about that tractor haha. That thing is a beast
Thanks Pedro! There was a VW sterling kit car there as well. We didn’t know much about them and it didn’t seem like a very expensive car so we didn’t pursue it. it ended up at the same detailer that we use to clean ours up, pretty funny!

You’re right about the tractors, I might have to ask the seller about them lol
