If my information is correct, the murder was captured on video. Three of those arrested were known gang members. "Known" meaning their photos and info was on file. No doubt this as swift work, but even I could have caught them given the advantage.

Now, going around the L.A. prosecutor was brilliant.

So let's not pile on and say cops get better investigations.
