Following the thread on
eBay, I got an email from PP that they want me to scan and send a copy of my DL or other gov't ID, AND a copy of a utility bill to verify my address.
For now, they say my account is "limited" and what they mean is
frozen. That's fine with me as I've had no balance for years.
These 2 companies are comiting suicide.
