The human body is funny: I tried TENS to no satisfaction when friends recommended it to me. Worked like a charm for them.

For me, daily stretching, heating pads and a massage chair, some pot cream and this:
My son gave me one for Christmas. He uses one for Jujitsu "issues" and swears by it.
I now do as well.
