9STUFFMN, Good advice from all. Doing appraisals as an exotic dealer for 40 or so years ( now retired ), some for Banks, insurance but most for private collections, many needed due to deceased or divorce conditions I would not estimate a certain value on the info provided so far. On my agreement form it stated $250 per hour for any litigation court time as a result of a dispute. On a certain occasion I was very happy an attorney made this recommendation.
If your going to charge a fee best to get the value right using the methods some have mentioned or I would decline to make a judgment. Otherwise its $15 to $50K, more or less. Some involved can be pretty upset if the value is not to their liking. I'd stay out of it unless they just want a ball park figure-( for free ) otherwise spend the time and have someone spend some $$$ to figure out what it needs.
