I have been looking at buying a Porsche SUV and have two good opportunities. One is a 2012 base V6 with about 70k miles. Looks nice and clean. Seller seems good, new transfer case, maintenance look to be a priority. The second one is a 2011 Turbo Cayenne with 60k miles at a dealer. Both are priced appropriately for what they are.

Just looking for some advise on the benefits and pitfalls between these two. Also any thing I should be looking for during inspection and drive.
