Tapping the brain trust. Mom is 75 this year and while reasonably healthy, she does have a cronic issue that requires multiple Dr. visits per year. Unfortunately, often times, she remembers a question, after she's left the Dr. office.

I was thinking it would be a good idea to get her a diary that she could jot notes in, not only prior to the appointment but during or immediately after the visit.

A program or app isn't the solution for her. I was thinking of the small (3"x5"), pre-printed notebook our family pediatrician gave us when the kids were born. The Dr. would make notes at each visit, record vaccines, plot growth, etc.

Is there something similar for seniors?
