Low speed impact, for sure.
Looks to me the Pruis was turning right onto Allenford.
And like all too many drivers, they prob swung waaay too wide to their left into his lane as he was approaching to turn left. He reacted with sharp left-ish action as they collided. Taycan is a jackass close-follower thinking they are more efficient by closing the gap. Douche move.
Doubtful he has any fault in this. But hey, where there's an opportunity to grab cash by lying...
Back in 2010-ish, I was renewing my Smith System Drive Trainer Certification in San Diego. There were about 6 people in my class. At least 3 classmates asked how I was able to cleanly make turns staying in the appropriate lane.
"Simple, I just want to be where I'm supposed to be. I look for the lane markings and stay in them."
All blank stares. This is not a Cali thing, it's drivers in general.
