I've ridden a few E-Bikes & yes they are a lot of fun but there's one issue that's been bugging me... The consistently higher speed! They go much faster than the average cyclist and that gives people the ability to move through and into traffic like a motor bike. So what "we" have now is E-Bikes mixing with cars instead of being in the bicycle lane on the side of the road. I've watched E-Bike riders do this and it just looks like a bad idea especially considering they're wearing street clothes and a regular bike helmet.
Please stay in the bike lane if you decide to buy one of these.
