I cannot imagine any reason to buy the V6 over the turbo if the condition is the same...unless price is the issue. There is little difference in gas mileage and the Turbo has significantly better HP/torque...and are generally much better optioned. There are no real maintenance issues that differ greatly that I am aware of.
