I just pulled the remote apart.
If I could just find a simple circuit that would simply close a circuit repeatedly at an adjustable time, once about every 0.5 sec and a second every 1.5-2 seconds this would work.
Does anyone know a diy site that would help with something like this?
I did stuff with 555 timing circuits 50yrs ago, but not anymore.

One other option would be some type of laptop based app that would allow me to set timers to control two circuits?
