This would’ve been most effective before you got infected, but do it anyway. You want to get your vitamin D3 levels above 50 ng/mL, so eventually some bloodwork will be necessary. It takes a while to build up your vitamin D levels in the body, that’s the number one thing I would do to stay healthy.

My symptoms overlap what you wrote here almost completely. Would be such a minor thing for a day or two but I can't stand being sick this long. I need to be productive or I go nutty.

Great advice and I agree. I'll get out to Griffith Park tomorrow if feeling up to it. The weather is ideal...70s and sunny.
