I talked to the people that are tech support for ACH and transfers. They set me up to pay that vendor with ACH. It will be part of the 80 cents per month we already pay for our salary draws.
Job done. The Vice President I talked to just was one of many VPs at any bank that likely never worked the computer department in support and just did not know how to help me.
