Did one trainer ride on the bike indoors, just easy stuff, and the hack got worse. That's what's getting to me at the moment, not being able to keep aerobic fitness.

I'm also on day 16. And it appears to be pretty much done. I do still get tired a little.
A Nap fixes it!
