I'm groggy if I ever nap. There has to be something really wrong with me to sleep during daylight. I have dozed watching auto racing. I think it's more of a hypnotizing thing. For the most part, auto racing is very boring. That's why I'm content to watch the 7 minute YouTube F1 recap every Monday after the race.
I don't nap. Now I may very well go to bed before 7pm, but that's something else. I'm up at 5 am something. 7pm just out of boredom. If I've been reading for an hour and a half, I'm done with that.
The TV in the bedroom left a month ago and is not coming back. I do have a laptop if I don't want to read and I hate laptops. I've got a pad too, so there's that.
Yeah, with all the sickness I wonder how I'm staying healthy. Could it be that I wear this?
Under my shirt or jacket with another mask hiding much of the hose. I've had this since Fall of 2020.
