Also, he is removing old battery the wrong way. using the tool to bend the battery from phone body might puncture it, which is not fun with Lithium battery. There is much better way: you take the edge of OEM adhesive strip and just pull it....it will behave like a long chewing gum and you can basically pull it from underneath the battery. It is hard to descrive, but you can check it out on Youtube.
