Cutting it/shaping was far easier than I thought it would be. Used a small air powered cutoff wheel then a dremel tool with a sanding barrel to get the curve.

The exciting part is that once I epoxy in those carbon fiber mounts I can skin the left and right sponsons which is a huge jump forward.
