No charges filed? I don't see a fender bender and open display by thuggy ahead being any cause to open fire on public roads. He has everything on film for the popo and a phone. Instead he speeds up to 100mph and catches up. There needs to be a qualifying direct threat and lack of other options to justify some 'self defense' action to that degree. I would convict.
The publicity of incidents like this leads to emulating this behavior, sway in public opinion, and eventually national legal changes based on a few knuckleheads. World star hiphop behavior. Everyone sees it and self-identifies with that innocent bystander from the next one.
