Back in August 2020, they said that continued testing doesn't help. Some places were requiring 2 negative tests before return to work. That could take 6-8 weeks.
I wouldn't trust 5 days over an antigen test...
My fever hit Tuesday, I tested positive via PCR Friday, Monday and Wednesday, positive via antigen on Friday, then 2 negatives on two antigen tests on Sunday. I'm pretty sure I was infectious for (...counting...um...) 10 days, maybe 11. Mildly symptomatic that whole time, with a new symptom (lost of sweet taste receptors) coming within the last 4 days.
