Not sure if the Calcium Score Screening would be covered by my Humana policy - but would seem to fall under 'preventative' measures - so who knows?
I've been on Pravastatin for about a year now. Started out with 20mg dosage and then she moved me up to 40mg last visit in December. I'm not aware of any side-effects but I know there are in some cases, so good to know and look into.

Calcium score screening costs me $85.00 and takes 5 minutes on the table.
For me the side effects were extreme fatigue, shrinking of tendons which impacted mobility, joint pain, bloating, it was bad.
I was taking Simvistatin.
One thing that made a huge difference, I cut back my red meat significantly. Wasn't conscious, just kind of happened. Over a year I went from 270 to 190 with that being the only change. It only registered when my bloodwork came back and my doc asked what I was doing different.
