You said no condensation, none at all on the glass inside the house at -20? At the low temps you get there, that is pretty good, how low is the humidity in your house? If you are noticing a real difference in heating this year check the spring loaded flaps in your bathroom fans or anything that could let air flow through the house. Do you have a fireplace that air is flowing through?
