That was an OT thread, I haven't participated in PARF in ages. But I'm still not understanding. My electricity cost has gone down.

I get that Scott but it just seems odd that my rate has gone down. I used my big oven 5 times during this billing period, that should have been about $250 all on it's own. My baseline cost is about $250 per month.
When I have a spare moment I will be looking into solar on the roof.
