From 2011 until Covid, I worked on the 9th, and then the 12th floor of the building just above and right of center. 1111 Fannin.

The two parking lots in the foreground are now a complex called "Green Street" which is (or was before covid, no idea now) mostly restaurants, bars, and shops.
