Yeah, my parents were smokers when I was a kid and stuck in the back seat with them "smoking out the window." Yeah, that worked great.

I was coming home from a bar once in college. A buddy was driving. I was in the passenger's seat and there were 2 or 3 people in the back seat. I tried to get my buddy to pull over to puke, but he said "just do it out the window". I felt really bad about the 2 people in the back seat. I didn't feel as bad about the state of the interior of his car in the back half.
