I have never seen that foregrip and it is quite possible that is proprietary.
Not all "AR10" are created the same. The only real AR10 and somewhat standardized and is designated an AR10 is the Armalite version and even then, there is the a and b versions. The others are AR style DPMS and nonstandard.
