yes all models that arent running plaitum or iradum plugs, should be changing plugs every 15K for best performance and If I where you I would do that cap and rotor with the plugs. Yes you can run synthetic oil in any model, The oil is alot cleaner and doesnt brake down like regular oils. Just drop a line if you have any more questions
