Yeah, seems odd to me they are building this pool now. Interestingly this house was built last summer. I don't know why they didn't add this last year? Maybe the pool people were too busy and couldn't get to it, so they laid sod and now are coming back?
What is more interesting is the gunite pool. Now adays they usually just drop in a glass pool. This is the second one I have seen in the past few years.
