^^^ Witnesses reported that the woman, who has not been named, had her hands restrained when she jumped. She reportedly struck a lifeboat, and possibly a railing, on her way down and fell into the Gulf of Mexico face first.
Makes me think of one of my favorite scenes from Best in Show:
