I just wish I knew which rides were the 1 and 2! Its mind boggling, I can't remember ever having what I would call a bad experience.
There were more than few rides from San Fran to Redwood City which can be pretty brutal traffic wise. I wonder if getting a driver stuck in bad traffic could sway them.

I'll bet it's more to do with tip than anything else.
