Since you're on the inside, tell me this...
Why is it that none of us have 100% driver rating completion? Everyone in this thread has 10-20% of the drivers not rating, yet you make it seem like rating is an integral part of getting the next fair, or at least a tip. Do drivers ignore 10-20% of their fairs, or do 10-20% tip cash, and then the driver's just don't tip them? Because, I tip cash for a good rating, and if they're not rating me since they don't have to, I'm gonna start burning cars down...
