I got a chuckle when one of the owners posting on the Mercedes Lemon site complained that when humidity was high, his seats smelled like cat urine! But you know, I love the leather in my P-car. 32 years old, and when I open the door, it still smells like a new car with leather interior!
On another rant, why is it that so many car makers only offer cloth or leather? What ever happened to good old Naugahyde??? It wore like iron, cleaned up easily, resisted spills. Why is it so suddenly out of favor?
