I found some cheap toyota v6 cops but no info on the lenght or other specs: https://www.densoproducts.com/denso-673-1308-ignition-coil

EDIT: found a nice pdf for dimensions: https://www.newera.co.jp/en/product/communication_site/pdf/419.pdf
Another link for newer coils https://www.newera.co.jp/en/pdf/catalog/New-Era_IgnitionCoilSeries.pdf

And my own pics from those:
02239 105mm
02240 113mm
02243&44 117mm
02234 119mm
02246 120mm

I'd rather buy new ones to avoid any COP troubleshooting when wiring and almost every fuel/ign. component is new.
I don't remember the decoding but I used some reference sites I googled up.

They work great esp with Chris's hold downs. I did find I needed to massage the bend angles in the hold downs a little.
