Any help?

Two separate fixes for the steering wheel. What year is your car.

For 1965 to 1973, there is the spring and bushing replacement. This thread has interesting discussion: https://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-911-technical-forum/1043621-early-911-upper-steering-bushing.html

for 1974+ there is the 928 metal sleeve or the alternative bushing.
