The kit was one spring, one shim or washer and the bushing (year 2010). The actual kit showned in this thread has nothing to do with the Mitch Lelandīs.

The fix/kit is/was all about the new plastic bushing. Did yours not come with the bushing? If memory serves me, I re-used the shim/washer that was already in the assembly between the steering wheel nut and (then pretty much shot) original bushing.
