I also would say 5k on the high side. Exhaust and CIS is of little value imho. It has to be considered a core. I sold a similar long block for $2500 not too long ago without the intake or exhaust.

From a hot rod perspective the case, crank, and heads have value. I would put that value at 3-5k.

Early T owners can use the crank in 2.2-2.4 engines. The 7R case is the best of the mag blocks too.
