I don't live anywhere near a time zone boarder, but when working online I always have to put CST or CDT after any time proposed for a meeting. I have to regularly interface with people in Eastern and Mountain timezones, and sometimes Pacific.
What always screws me up is dealing with someone on India Standard Time, since IST is 30 minutes offset from everyone else.
Recent support people have been from Costa Rica, which is in the Central time zone, although I don't know if they follow DST or if they switch the same time we do or not.
And for all the idiots that say "We should just have Daylight's savings time all year round", I don't want to wait for the sun to come up at 8:30 in the middle of winter. I'm not happy right now getting up when it's dark out.
