Here in NJ, if you're 21+ mph over the limit, you get reckless automatically - that's probably why you got both.
However, 4 foot flames coming out of the exhaust: one word: cool.
Fortunately, I've never gotten anything as exotic as some of you here: I think I got a 20 over in a 50 zone (70mph) in PA.
