Another was zero contact and I had to do a credit card chargeback. After repeated unanswered phone calls, full voicemail and no replies to email.
I resorted to buying from
Tarett since they seem to buy Rebel's parts in bulk and resell them.
Tarett has always been easy to get ahold of, fast shipping and very transparent about things being in stock or not.
