We built a "non traditional" pool.
When going over to friends for parties we noticed adults don't swim or play in pools like kids do.
They hang around the edges in the areas where they can stand and put down a drink.
Those spaces are limited in traditional pools.
So we built what I was calling an adult entertainment pool until one day it dawned on me that may give an impression we don't want so call it a cocktail or leisure pool.
It's 4.5" at the deepest. Plenty of open space to enjoy without having to tread water.
Tanning deck is back left. The coping around it doubles as table tops where you can stand and place a cocktail.
We have a 4x4 table that seats 10.
The jacuzzi is a standard must have and seats6 comfortably.
3-4 can sit under the back water feature and there is a small 2 seater tucked between the tanning platform and jacuzzi.
All in there is seating for 20+ people.
