It seems like the Safaris are growing in popularity. It seems like a fine thing to do with a donor car but I saw a mint 930 that was about to get converted to a Safari. I don’t get that… but hey that’s just me.
It seems like there are also more Singer copycats. Interestingly, Singer used to show up at these events but I don’t see them anymore. Porsche seems to be stepping up their restomod and Parts Classic business. I heard a rumor that Porsche and Singer may be collaborating on something.
