Steve's comments reminded me. I recognized today that I needed to sit all the way thru the process rather than try to get out today. The staff kept saying that if they excused you for most reasons today that they would simply reschedule you at a later date.
Pretty sure a lot of folks that had 'excuses' today didn't realize that fine point.
