Didn't have enough time yesterday for the regulator so got it done this morning. Took 1 hour total. Not bad.

Window goes up and down really nicely now - zero issues. I just ordered another for the driver's side which will be here on Saturday. They are only around $44 each.

This is the old setup - you can see the Spal aftermarket servo held in place with just 4 machine screws and the 2 wires to the motor......

The old manual regulator (top) and the new powered replacement (bottom):

The door without any regulator and with the new one installed:

You have to tape the window up before doing this so it won't fall down when you removed the old regulator. There are two brackets that clamp down on the bottom edge of the window that use a 10mm bolt.

In the last photo I have the window partially down to convey it's working.

There are some YT vids if you want more info but it's super easy if you have a modicum of mechanical skills.
