Certainly it is more exciting to see see close racing and the podium mixed up on occasion. When Vetttel was winning he always showed real excitement, and thanks his crew and fans. Hamilton always seemed to act like he was just supposed to win on script. His handlers had to get him to show some appreciation of the fans.
I would love to see an even mix of winners and maybe a 3 or 4 way close race to the championship. When one team wins the championship with several races left to go, it gets dull.
Hamilton's luck has always been astonishing. What other race was won with winning car crossing the finish line with a destroyed tire for 1/2 a lap. He rarely breaks down, and that was always Botas that broke down. He does indeed have the skill to NOT crash out and smack the wall in practice of qualifying, so much of his "luck" is indeed talent.
Lets all hope it is a Ferrari-Red Bull-HASS-Mercedes all withing range of winning near the end of the season.
