Chest protectors dont protect you in a crash, derp, they are basically "roost deflectors" for moto and off road. You wipe out on any bike you will snap bones. If you are woods riding and you get impaled, then you werent focusing on your riding. I dont do the squid monkey back flips or any childish nonsense, I used to race, 500cc A and B classes, did some cross country and enduro. No trophys wer ever won by me, but I was there man. LOL! Chest protectors just protect you from the light stuff, you will break bones, trust me! LOL!
