Rokon was or might still be manufactured in Rhode Island. I never saw one up close, Rick on Pawn Stars did a restore on his and it turned out great. The front wheel holds fuel in it, and it was yellow and green. Its no speed demon, but more of a slow trail bike that can climb mountains, and is good for hunting. I remember seeing ads on it in popular mechanics.
