It is there now.
He has a one year back log....it may be a while. Worth it, however.
Slight correction: the watch was issued to my Grandfather who was a Warrant Electrician in the Navy.
He owned a car and electrical repair shop in Oakland and became a Warrant after Pearl Harbor. He was 44.
He helped outfit and commission the USS Breton, CVE-23:

He served on her the entire time she was in the Pacific during the war.
