Oh, and Healthcare??
Stand by, that's about to be thrown on its ear. Costs have been rising for years and those increases have not been passed on to the masses proportionately. It's getting ridiculously expensive for companies to provide healthcare coverage for employees.
I'm not sure what the answer is, but I do know that I have to be ready for change.
